Placement Methodology
When a need within your team is identified and communicate to BPI following steps occure -
Shortlisting: We start reviewing candidates and all potential candidates are personally interviewed to ensure a good match. A shortlist of potential candidates is generated.
Screening/Interview: All the shortlisted candidates are phone screened by technical experts. When a candidate(s) that meets the expectations is selected we present the resume along with the billing rate. You may opt to interview a specific candidate before selection.
Feedback: Regular follow up will be done to ensure that the candidate is meeting, or exceeding, your expectations.
